Full Time Residential Boarding Tutor (Male)

We are seeking a residential male boarding tutor to join the boarding team.  Some teaching dependent upon qualification and experience could be available.   Can you support the welfare and well-being of our boarders and provide excellent pastoral care whilst acting ‘in loco parentis’?     

It is essential that the successful applicant can easily establish relationships with girls and boys aged 11-18 as well as their parents/guardians.  They will work well in a team and be able to make decisions and take the initiative if required.  Ideally they will hold a D1 Category driving licence or be able to complete a MiDAS minibus assessment test.  

HCS is a warm and welcoming independent day and boarding school for boys and girls aged 2–18.  The school occupies the home of Florence Nightingale and our 130 acres of parkland provide a calm and beautiful space in which to work and enable pupils to learn, play, compete and achieve.
