Founded in 2015, Le Régent International School is a rapidly developing Swiss boarding and day school with an international academic programme. Just over 200 students from Switzerland and around the world are educated in an ultra-modern campus in the heart of the Valais Alps in the ski resort of Crans-Montana.
Le Régent would like to appoint a temporary full-time teacher of Chinese as maternity cover. The contract would begin in either January or (at the very latest) April 2022 and would end at the beginning of July 2022.
We are looking for a qualified and experienced teacher with a university degree probably in Chinese language and/or literature, ideally from one of the countries where Mandarin is spoken, although we will consider all academic qualifications.
On- or off-campus accommodation will be available for the duration of the contract.
WORK PERMITS
Obtaining work permits for non-EU candidates can be a difficult procedure and we may be obliged to appoint a candidate with an EU passport or a Swiss work permit.
We will not hesitate to appoint the right candidate ahead of the closing date.
