A popular and well respected primary school in the Shirley area of Solihull are recruiting for a long-term teacher to join their busy team from Easter half term. 

The position will be working with a large Year 3 class who are well behaved and are keen to learn. The school benefits from a dedicated and friendly team and a supportive leadership that promotes togetherness and equality across the school.

The Head is ideally looking to recruit a newly qualified teacher who can benefit from the schools training and progression opportunities. The successful candidate must be forward thinking, have a positive attitude and be creative in your lesson plans. You will consistently teach to high standards with excellent curriculum knowledge and you will show commitment towards pupil development. 

The position will be temporary until summer 2019, with a view for the role to turn permanent in the new academic year. Please note that only candidates who can commit to the entirety of the role will be considered. 

What to do next:

To be considered for this position you will be required to attend a face to face registration and hold an enhanced DBS check in Child Workforce. You will need to pay for this upfront, but once you are fully registered, have uploaded this onto the Update Service and have worked 1 full day with us then we will reimburse you the cost.  At the registration we will discuss in more detail the work that you are looking for, your experience to date, and also how we are going to work best for you. 

We will need to gain references to cover the last 2 years, and a minimum of 2 references must be a school based. Our compliance team have a rigorous safeguarding and clearance process and this is how we know we are working with the best possible team of staff to employ in our schools.
