Shrewsbury House Pre-Prep School in Esher, Surrey is an independent day school for boys and girls aged from three to seven years. It was founded in 1912 and is part of the Shrewsbury House School Trust and is administered by a Board of Governors.  

Shrewsbury House Pre-Prep School, part of The Shrewsbury House School Trust, is seeking to appoint a Gap Assistant for the 2022-23 academic year to start in September 2022.  We offer the opportunity to work with and learn from our experienced team of staff and be part of the extended Shrewsbury House School Trust family.  Our Gap Assistant is a valued member of our team and we aim to ensure that they gain unique work experience and have an exciting and life-enriching Gap year. This is a paid position and the salary will be approximately £11,500 paid over 11 months from September 2022 to July 2023 (based on approximately £14,000 per annum full-time equivalent). The role is 40 hours per week, term time only plus 3 days either side of term.
