Shrewsbury House School is looking to appoint a Gap Assistant for the duration of the new academic year 2022-23.  We offer the opportunity to work with and learn from our experienced team of staff. Gap Assistants will be involved in supporting the following subject areas:  Sports, Maths, English and Art plus other subjects. 

Our Gap Assistants are valued members of our team and we aim to ensure that they gain unique work experience and have an exciting and life-enriching Gap year. Gap Assistants have the opportunity to become involved in and provide support to the wider community of the school. This is a paid position and the salary will be approximately £11,500 paid over 11 months from September 2022 to July 2023 (based on approximately £13,000 per annum full-time equivalent). The role is 40 hours per week, term time only plus 3 days either side of term.
