Whitgift is a leading independent day and boarding school for boys, with over one hundred boarding pupils and flexi boarding pupils. It is set in an attractive 48-acre parkland site in South Croydon enjoying excellent links to London, Surrey and the south coast.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced, hardworking and enthusiastic full-time Gardener to join our Gardens Team. You will be involved in developing new planting schemes as well as being responsible for the upkeep of our range of large herbaceous and shrub borders, propagation of plants, the upkeep of formal and semi-formal gardens including lawn care, as well as woodland works. The role also involves the upkeep of the school’s indoor plants and planting up floral arrangements for the school’s high profile events.
