Based in Madrid (Spain), Limitless Minds International (LMI) College are on the hunt for dynamic, creative and charismatic individuals to join our team of innovative teachers. We are a forward-thinking school built by passionate teachers who are willing to take education to the next level through developing the T.E.O Algorithm – an educational algorithm for students with learning difficulties. LMI College is a new start-up school opening on 1st of Sept 2021 but the organisation itself has been around since 1997. Our main objective is to provide students aged 12 to 18 with the skills and knowledge needed for life in the 21st century by giving them a "strong foundation for a brighter future".

Location: Madrid (Alcobendas, Moraleja), Spain

Successful applicants will have the following:

- Native or fluent English.

- A bachelor’s degree or above, (in the subject taught), and/or QTS - PGCE / B. Ed.

- Proven professionalism and integrity.

- Compassionate, vibrant, friendly, creative and open personality.

- Teaching experience but NQTs also considered.

- Good classroom management skills.

- Must be familiar with using smart boards, handling online classes, MS Office.

Desirable Experience:

3 years’ teaching experience in a school teaching the UK curriculum to the relevant age group.

Working Conditions:

Working days: Monday to Friday

Teaching hours: From 9:00 to 17:30 for full-time

Students’ age: 12-18 years

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and create teaching materials as noted by heads of department.

2. Communicate and co-operate with other teachers.

3. Monitor students’ progress and maintain a portfolio for each student.

4. Attend all weekly meetings with the classroom teaching team as scheduled.

5. Assist colleagues in reviewing and editing all materials.

6. Maintain relationships with parents and keep them well-informed about their child’s progress.

7. Represent the school and participate in campus and community events as needed.
