Job overview
Cambridge Regional College is seeking to recruit an English lecturer to work across its provision at it's Huntingdon campus. The English team currently deliver Functional Skills and GCSE English qualifications to learners including 16-19 year olds on full time programmes of study and 19+ adults studying to improve their English and maths skills.
The successful candidate will be part of a large, centralised English and maths department in a dynamic and successful Further Education college. Ideally you will have experience of delivering Functional Skills and / or GCSE English in either a school or FE college setting. Experience of working with a range of learners in terms of age and ability is desirable.

Cambridge Regional College is a co-educational further education college located in Cambridge. Providing places to students aged 14 and over, the college has several thousand learners young and old, full and part-time. Cambridge Regional College has seen extensive redevelopment and modernisation over the years, and as such can boast of a wide range of modern teaching and recreational facilities, with the most recent major development, which opened in 2011, providing the college with a brand new Low Carbon Centre.
