Job overview

Vision for Education are recruiting on behalf of a specialist provision in West Northumberland for an experienced, motivational and creative teacher to work with students who have a range of complex mental health difficulties. This provision requires a teacher who can adapt their teaching style to work with students who have varying degrees of social, emotional and mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. Any experience supporting people, young or old, with similar difficulties would be advantageous. 

If you have experience in an Art + Design/DT, ICT, Food Tech or other vocational studies environment, we would be very interested in hearing from you. 

You must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to be suitable for this position. Experience within mainstream environments would also be advantageous.
