Job overview

Daubeney Academy wish to appoint an outstanding teacher, with experience in any phase of education or who is new to the profession, to teach Geography in our school. A willingness to also teach in other curriculum areas would be an advantage. The successful candidate will be creative and innovative with a passion for teaching and learning as well as being open to new experiences and challenges. The candidate will start in either January 2018 or April 2018

Daubeney Academy is a mixed, non-denominational secondary academy school currently for pupils aged 10 to 14 (we will grow to a full Y7 to Y11 secondary school over the next couple of years).

Daubeney Academy is located in Kempston, Bedford, and currently has about 450 pupils. It is part by the Challenger Multi Academy Trust, which also includes Robert Bruce Middle School, Lancot Primary School and Hastingsbury Business & Enterprise College.
