This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding teacher to raise the profile of Geography even further within the school, including organisation of trips, events and external visitors, as well as the monitoring of pupil progress across key stages 3 and 4. There are real opportunities for someone with the energy and ideas to widen the spiritual, moral, social and cultural horizons of the pupils in a creative and relevant way.

You will:

The right candidate will need to demonstrate strong classroom management skills, have excellent organisational and ICT skills, a high degree of initiative, be able to work independently as well as part of a faculty team, and the ability to motivate pupils and achieve excellent results.

The post would suit an NQT or an experienced teacher looking to advance their career.

Careers Development:
