Girls’ Sports Teacher

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and enthusiastic girls’ PE specialist to teach sport to children aged 4 to 13 years, ideally from January 2022. The successful candidate should be organised, committed, well-motivated and able to work as part of a large sports department. They should have the ability to inspire, motivate and lead pupils and staff, be able to plan clearly and strategically and use data effectively. They should also be an excellent communicator.

The position involves being the games lead for up to two age groups between Y1–6. Expertise in Girls’ Netball is preferred, Swimming, Hockey and Cricket would be advantageous. 

We are a thriving co-ed independent preparatory school for over 500 children, which offers great opportunities for its pupils. The school is forward-thinking yet traditional with a strong family ethos and an excellent reputation. Founded in Switzerland in 1949 and opened in London in 1951, Hill House became the first school to teach in two different countries at the same time with the same children. The school still has an annex in Switzerland which hosts specialist courses throughout the year.
