Grade 1-2 Homeroom Teacher (AY 2023-24)

Taaleem is looking for qualified, enthusiastic, and passionate Homeroom teachers (Gr. 1 - 2) to join our Dubai Schools Nad Al Sheba campus for the coming academic year 2023 - 2024.

The main objective of the Dubai Schools Al Barsha, Mirdif and Nad al Sheba Projects is to create a mutually beneficial partnership between the government and the private sector that ensures Dubai’s aspiration to have 100% of Emirati Students enrolled in 'Good+' rated schools. 

Key Responsibilities

Key Relationships: Students, colleagues, parents and the school Principal, Heads of School, and the Senior Leadership team. 

Positioning of Role: This role reports to the Principal or relevant Head of the School.

Through inspirational teaching, with a deep understanding of students’ individual learning needs, the Taaleem teacher strives to ensure that our distinctive curriculum programs lay firm foundations for academic and professional success, personal and spiritual fulfillment, and a love of lifelong learning in everyone of our students. Requirements

• Bachelor of Education or PGCE and a degree in the subject area that they teach
• 2+ years of teaching experience
• Experience with play-based, inquiry-based, project-based learning, or equivalent
• Available to start August 2023
