We are looking to recruit an exceptional educator to work in the new position of Graduate Assistant. A well-qualified and passionate individual, the successful candidate will bring enthusiasm and a commitment to supporting pupils achieve the highest levels of academic success. They will work closely with our inspiring SENCO in completing statutory assessments as well as leading small group intervention sessions with students. North Bridge House Senior School comprises a talented and forward thinking team and there will be scope for the successful candidate to support the development of and learn from their colleagues. This role would suit someone with experience of working in a similar role or a talented individual looking to gain experience in supporting a wide variety of learning needs.

All staff at North Bridge House are actively involved in the pastoral life of school. The role will also offer opportunity for further contribution to the varied and vibrant array of extra-curricular programme of clubs and enrichment.
