Graduate Boarding Assistant (Resident / Full-Time / Term-Time+)

Required for session 2021-22 (approx. 1st November 2021 start) 

Remuneration: £10,609 per annum, plus a package which includes free accommodation throughout term-time*, along with amenities covered (excluding personal telephone calls) 

We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring individual to join our boarding team, which has responsibility for up to 50 boarders aged 11-18. Applications are welcome from degree graduates, or equivalent, who wish to gain experience in a school and/or a boarding house by joining a vibrant team in a close-knit and supportive community which is committed to the education of girls. 

The successful applicant will be asked to register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) as a worker in a residential school care accommodation service within 6 months of appointment if not already professionally registered. 

* While the accommodation is available free throughout term-time, it is also available throughout the year to the post-holder with a small percentage contribution during non-term time.
