High aspirations?  Looking for an exciting new challenge?  Our teachers have high expectations of their students.  Broadway is a learning community that will offer you fantastic opportunities for CPD, career development, future promotions and for you to be able to make your mark. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, motivated and really wants to make a difference to the lives of young people. Starting immediately, we are seeking to appoint a committed individual to work as part of a dedicated team of staff. We seek someone who can effectively support selected students through individually tailored programmes of one to one and small group tuition in their subject. This could be within the Academy, or at students’ homes out of the normal Academy hours. We welcome applications from people who:

 • hold qualified teacher status, or are a qualified HE or FE teacher; or

• are able to demonstrate a track record of effective teaching; or

 • are able to demonstrate that you can work with individual pupils to progress their learning in a specific language;

or have subject knowledge of GCSE specifications.

We would be delighted to show you around our Academy in order to fully appreciate our excellent learning environment. This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent English is an essential requirement of the role.
