Benenden, one of the country’s leading boarding schools, is seeking to recruit a paid academic graduate intern specialising in Humanities (covering at least two of History, History of Art, Geography, Philosophy and Religion).
You will be a dynamic, creative and conscientious graduate with strong subject expertise who can contribute to and support the teaching and enrichment in one of these subject areas, as well as make a significant contribution to either the co-curricular or boarding life of the school.
We will pay a salary of £14,000, subsidised accommodation will be available in exchange for additional boarding duties on site or local to the school, and we will support you with a structured, nurturing training programme that will be a springboard for your future career.
Benenden has a gym, swimming pool, extensive grounds in the heart of the English countryside, and meals are provided free to staff whilst on duty. Each year there are school trips across the world which are free to supervising staff.
