The Victory Academy was officially opened in September 2015. Formerly The Bishop of Rochester Academy, the academy started working with a new sponsor, The Thinking Schools Academy Trust in April 2015. We are privileged to work in a stunning learning environment with excellent resources. The Academy is focused on providing an education for all. Our belief is that each person is unique – every member of our community has gifts and talents that we seek to grow and channel. Our job is to find and foster these for all. We offer a broad and balanced curriculum geared towards ensuring that our students will be dynamic members of society when they leave the Academy.

We are currently seeking to employ a Graduate Learning Assistant to support the learning of individual students and groups of students in both learning and pastoral activities. You will be responsible for promoting the highest expectation of pupils’ learning and progress, working with the SENCO as directed with both groups of students and individuals. You will also be deployed by the Cover Manager when necessary to take lessons in instances of staff absence.

Salary: TSAT Scale C/D (£15,621 to £21,640 pro rata)
Hours: 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year
Contract: Permanent
