Latton Green Primary Academy are looking for a full time Learning Support Assistant to join our successful team in September 2019. The Learning Support Assistant will be based in the Early Years age group. 


The position is for a graduate with a degree who must also have a minimum Grade C in English and Maths GCSE. The role is a fixed term contract for the academic year 2019/2020 and if successful there would be an opportunity to join our teaching training scheme in September 2020.


Latton Green Primary Academy are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Learning Support Assistant to join our school. Ideal candidates would be an effective role model that sets high expectations and motivates the pupils to achieve. Applicants must be enthusiastic and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Learning Support Assistants (LSA) would work alongside, and individually from class teachers. 


This opportunity would be ideal if you are looking to further your career and would like to progress in becoming a teacher in the future.
