The Head Teacher and Governors are seeking to employ Learning Support Assistants to join our team and work in EYFS, Key Stage One and Key Stage Two. These are permanent positions to start in September. 

What we are looking for

We are looking to employ a talented and committed Learning Support Assistant to start or further their career with us. Shakespeare Primary is an expanding and thriving school in which support staff play a critical role in securing excellent outcomes for children. You will need to have a positive outlook and attitude, a child-focussed approach to meeting children’s needs and a commitment to working as part of a team. Crucially, you will have a passion for children’s learning, development and personal care.

We work with all our Learning Support Assistants to ensure they are highly skilled and able to work with children of all ages, levels and abilities; including those with significant special educational needs. In return we offer lots of high quality training and support to ensure our staff are well equipped for the role expected of them.
