Job overview
We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and motivational graduates from September 2025 who will be able to assist with both the academic and co-curricular provision in our busy and successful Music Department.
The successful candidates will be exceptionally passionate, flexible in their approach and work across a variety of musical styles and activities and have the ability to inspire and develop the talents of our students, whatever their level. Candidates of all music specialisms are encouraged to apply.
An interest in curriculum music, including composition and music technology, is also desirable. This is an outstanding opportunity for inspirational, enthusiastic and versatile graduates to join the vibrant, diverse and exciting music programme at Millfield School.
The posts run for a full academic year from September through June, with breaks for School holidays. Graduates will receive a salary of £17,781.64 per annum (inclusive of holiday pay), plus full board and lodgings (non-monetary, to the value of £3,208.66 per annum), with access to the school facilities and discounts/cashback on high street shops and restaurants through the school’s Employee Assistance Programme.
