Clifton College are seeking several Graduate Resident and Gap Assistants to join our 3 schools from September 2023!

The assistant roles present a fantastic opportunity for those looking ahead to a career in teaching or sports coaching, to join a busy and exciting area of one of the UK’s top independent schools. The roles will involve being immersed in every facet of school life including teaching, pastoral care, sports coaching and child supervision.

The graduate positions in our Upper and Preparatory school involve living and sleeping on-site, with full board provided during term-time, presenting the chance to be full involved with everyday college life such as assisting in boarding/day houses, arranging and assisting in sporting activities and supporting teachers and tutors during lessons.

The role of Gap Assistant within our Pre-Preparatory school, whilst not including boarding or living, also presents a fantastic opportunity to become a full-time valued member of staff, working closely with our younger age groups (Reception-Year 3) coordinating lessons, sporting activities, swimming and much more.
