We are seeking a recent university graduate who is looking to gain experience both teaching on the sports field and within the classroom. The successful candidate will be welcomed onto an enthusiastic, collaborative and hard-working staff who are committed to ensuring that our pupils are provided with a stimulating education in a rounded nurturing environment. We are looking for people who have high professional standards and enjoy working as part of a dedicated team. There is the potential for the right candidate to progress within the school.

St Hugh’s Oxfordshire is a highly regarded co-educational, day and boarding independent preparatory school with 350 boys and girls from the ages of 3 to 13.
Founded in 1906 in Chislehurst, Kent, St Hugh’s School was named after Hugh of Avalon, Bishop of Lincoln from 1156 to 1200. In 1946, the school relocated to Carswell Manor, a Jacobean country house surrounded by 40 acres in Oxfordshire. The school became a charitable trust in 1967 and is administered by a board of governors who are also trustees.
