Term Time Only

We are looking for an enthusiastic and inspiring graduate who is passionate about mathematics and looking for an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of the young people we teach.

As a graduate tutor your responsibilities will include helping identify students for intervention, highlighting learning needs and monitoring them to evaluate and assess progress and participation and provide teachers with feedback. You will support students to engage with learning objectives and give them every opportunity to meet examination targets by planning their role in lessons, preparing resources, delivering programmes of study with small groups and running homework clubs.

The role would suit a graduate who is interested in initial teacher training through our School Direct Programme.

  • A well qualified graduate, ideally with a TEFL qualification

Aspire Academy works closely with parents and carers, communicating daily and offering them an insight, through observation and participation, to how their child will learn. They are given an opportunity to support their child in a structured environment on a weekly basis, which will help them to turn their lives around by achieving their goals/targets set.

Harris Aspire was inspected for the first time by Ofsted in 2016, when it was rated Good with Outstanding features.
