The role

As part of this commitment to quality, we are seeking passionate, flexible, and dedicated primary school teaching assistants to accompany our attitude and work within the Newcastle area from November 2021. This would be a guaranteed pay scheme position and it would guarantee a salary of £200 per week. Candidates who are on our Guaranteed Pay Scheme must have full availability Monday to Friday and will be able to complete a range of job roles, from Teacher to Teaching Assistant. The preferred candidates will be able to support in a mix of key stages and will be open to general support, one to one support, SEND support and small group support. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position is a Level 2 in Childcare.

Requirements

To be considered for the Guaranteed Pay Scheme Teaching Assistant post, you will:

• Hold a minimum of Level 2 Qualification in Childcare. 

• Have experience of supporting and teaching within the classroom. 

• Be confident in support pupils with diverse needs.

• Be passionate about the education of children. 

• Ideally have experience of working across different age groups (EYFS, KS1 and KS2).
