Job overview

Full Time Guitar/Drum/Piano Instrumental Teacher required for September 2023:

Some general information regarding the job:

All employees at Musicians Ltd are required to teach up to 35 hours per week – instrumental lessons are mostly individual, but there are sometimes paired lessons depending on the instrument. All instrumental lessons are given once weekly for thirty minutes each week. Staff teach at some local schools during the school day (primary and secondary level) and also at our studio after school hours and on Saturdays. Our students work towards their grade exams – we use Trinity Guildhall Board here since ABRSM is not offered on this island. Ability to teach Primary is an advantage.

We also offer group performing arts classes (Broadway Tots 3-5 yrs, Broadway Stars 6-9 yrs, Musical Theatre 10-16 yrs) – these students work towards shows at the end of the first and third term.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to travel and broaden their musical experiences abroad. This position comes with an attractive package – starting salary CI$42,000 tax free, flight, medical and pension.

Please send CV and two references to office@musicians.ky. Deadline for entry is 14th March 2023.
