Job overview

37 hours per week, 38 working weeks per year, paid for 43 weeks

You will be required to work within the Oasis Salons at Chichester College, to carry out duties in the dispensary and reception. You will maintain the professional environment of the salons and provide a customer focused service to clients, students and the lecturing team.   

You will be self motivated, have a level 2 Hairdressing or Beauty Therapy qualification, with proven interpersonal numerical skills. Experience of stock control, electronic booking systems and financial handling is essential.

Chichester College is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational, general further education college situated in West Sussex. It is a 16-plus institution with two main sites in Chichester and Pulborough, plus further outreach centres in Bognor Regis, Littlehampton and Worthing. It has links to local employers, most of a small to medium size. 

Chichester College of Arts, Science and Technology, as it was formerly known, opened in 1964. Chichester College has been offering work-based training since 1996. It has approximately 10,897 part-time learners and 3,732 full-time students.
