Job Title: 2 x 0.5 Hair and Beauty Technician
Hours: 17.5 hours per week

About the role:
You will be responsible for providing technical support to the Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy curriculum area, working closely with support staff, lecturers and students. This includes management and provision of laundry services, stock control and maintenance of equipment and salons, ensuring that time and resources are used effectively, continually reviewing progress to improve efficiency and to ensure that work of self and others is completed in line with team objectives.
This role will be starting 28th August 2018
About you:
Experience and qualifications reflecting a strong background in Hairdressing and Beauty industry, you will have an assessor’s qualification or the commitment to undertake one during the first term of contract. You will have experience of working as a technician/receptionist in an educational setting/salon within a vocational (or similar) context and experience of sales and product /stock control
