The Governors invite applications for the post of Head, which will become vacant in September 2020. The Paragon is a thriving and successful IAPS co-educational Christian day school with 260 boys and girls aged 3 – 11, set in 8 acres of gardens and grounds in the historic city of Bath. The school received the top grades in both categories of the Education Quality ISI Inspection in September 2017. The Paragon is the junior school of Prior Park College and part of the Prior Park Schools family.
The successful candidate will be an inspiring, charismatic and innovative leader and be committed to collaborative working. He/she will possess excellent communication skills and have the strategic vision to take the school forward
