With a School motto of, ‘Love, Wisdom, Truth,’ Dolphin is a small, co-educational independent day school, for children aged 2-11. Founded in 1986, Dolphin is a School with a Christian ethos, situated in leafy residential Battersea.

The Governors seek to appoint a successor to Mrs Nicola Baldwin, from September 2021 or soon after.

At Dolphin, academic excellence is balanced with the holistic development of each child. Classes are small and each child is known and nurtured on their educational journey. Incorporating Noah’s Ark Nursery Schools, Dolphin has expanded over the years into its current premises on Northcote Road, and was founded by parents committed to facilitating an education inspired at source by Christian values. The new Head of Dolphin School should be an inspiring educational leader, whose own ethos and Christian faith align closely with the school’s.

The successful candidate will work with the Dolphin Governors and Senior Team to spearhead strategy, lead the day to day and ensure the schools’ faithfulness to its Christian ethos. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a dedicated team and could appeal to an aspiring or existing Head.
