Successful and popular Cheshire school seeks a New Head.
Following the appointment of Helen Jeys to the headship of Manchester High after four years of outstanding service, governors are seeking a new leader at Alderley Edge School for Girls, from September 2020.
Set in the delightful village of Alderley Edge, the School is the result of the merger of two leading Christian girls’ schools in 1999. The School now educates about 500 girls aged from 2 to 18.
The School combines exceptional pastoral care with excellent examination results reflecting strong value-added scores. There has also been significant investment in facilities over the last three years.
Alderley Edge School for Girls appeals to families who are seeking an education that looks beyond the academic curriculum.
