The Headmaster and Governors of Eastbourne College are now seeking a dynamic, personable and innovative Head to succeed Gareth Jones in September 2021 as he takes up the role of Head of Bilton Grange Prep School in Warwickshire. Reporting to the Headmaster of Eastbourne College, this is a truly exciting opportunity to further develop the school’s vision and forge deeper alignment with the College through a continuum of education spanning 9 months – 18 years age range.


The successful candidate will be ambitious, forward-thinking and naturally collaborative with a desire to nurture and build upon the school’s many strengths. This person will have the drive and tenacity to position St Andrew’s Prep as the preeminent prep school in a highly competitive local marketplace in East Sussex. The new Head will also be a first-class and compelling communicator, with the ability to lead and empower the whole school community.
