Menorah Foundation School is one of the UK’s leading Orthodox Jewish maintained primary schools. It instils in its pupils a love and understanding of Jewish religious life, infused with the highest standard of secular education. Situated on an outstandingly well-resourced site in Edgware, North London, MFS is significantly oversubscribed and, with 407 pupils currently on roll, it is completing its journey to becoming a two-form entry school which will make it one of London’s largest primary schools. 

The Governors now seek an outstanding educationalist to ensure the continued success of MFS and lead it through the next exciting stage of its development. In addition to being an inspiring teacher and experienced Head or senior leader, the successful candidate will offer first rate strategic abilities and the entrepreneurial mindset to further evolve the School and diversify its revenue streams. A charismatic, visible leader, the new Head will inspire pupils, parents and staff with a compelling vision for MFS, and will possess the people skills and communication skills to build strong relationships across the School community and beyond.
