The Trustees of Wycliffe College are seeking to appoint a new Prep School Head to succeed Mr. Adrian Palmer who will retire in August 2020 following seventeen years of outstanding leadership.  

Their aim is to recruit a dynamic and inspiring individual who will not only build on the Prep School’s current successes but also shape its future direction.  

The successful candidate is likely to have:

• A track record of successful middle and/or senior leadership.
• A passion for educating Nursery and Prep-age children and getting the very best out of every single individual.
• An understanding of the opportunities and challenges presented by co-educational Prep schools and schools with a significant Boarding element.

The closing date for receipt of completed applications is 5.00pm on Wednesday 25th September 2019.  

First Round interviews will be held on Friday 4th October with Final Round interviews being held on Wednesday 16th and Thursday 17th October.
