The Governors invite applications for the post of Head. The person appointed will be a 'people-person' with strong leadership and management skills, empathy and vision. A highly competitive remuneration package includes a 4 bedroom detached house in the grounds.

Ditcham Park is a much sought after leading ISA independent co-educational day school, with about 360 pupils aged 4 to 16. It has an established reputation for its high academic achievements, outstanding pastoral care and its much-valued distinctive ethos as a school 'Where every child is known and valued'. Set in countryside high on the South Downs, with spectacular views across to the Isle of Wight, it has superb new buildings and facilities set around the original Victorian house and gardens and has scope for even further development.

Ditcham Park School is a co-educational, independent school for children aged  2 ½ -16, located in the South Downs National Park in Hampshire. The pupil roll is around 350.    

The main part of the school is a Victorian manor house which, in 1940, was requisitioned by the Royal Navy  and used as a convalescent home for sailors. After the war, it became a boys preparatory school run by Douai School Monks. In 1976 Ditcham Park School was founded. The following 40 years saw significant extensions to the school  being made, including a technology and arts building, sports hall and new classrooms.
