Following the retirement of Dr Mary Short after eight years of inspiring and visionary leadership, the Governors of St Helen’s School are seeking to appoint an exceptional individual to take on the leadership of this successful school.
A leading independent girls’ day school, St Helen’s is situated at the heart of Northwood in North London and provides an outstanding education for over 1100 girls aged three to eighteen.
The new Head will be forward-thinking and innovative, continuing to develop a vision for St Helen’s future that will enable its pupils to excel academically and to fulfil their all-round potential.
The successful candidate will be an inspirational leader and communicator, academically ambitious and with a commitment to single-sex education and the welfare of the girls at St Helen’s.
They will take over a financially strong school that continues to invest significant resources into the development of the School.
