Applications are invited for a well-qualified experienced teacher with a degree in Sports Science or related course. The successful applicant will be expected to direct and lead the academic side of the Sport Science and PE Department at Brighton College, therefore must have strong interpersonal skills and be a good motivator of pupils and colleagues.
In addition to this, the appointed candidate will be responsible for the delivery of GCSE PE (AQA), AS/A2 Physical Education (AQA) and the BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Sport & Exercise Science (Pearson/Edexcel).
The successful applicant will also contribute to the co-curricular games programme, so the ability to coach the major games of the College would be an advantage.
