Head of Academy

The Trustees wish to appoint an exceptional Head of Academy to provide outstanding leadership in our academy. Pioneer Academies Community Trust is a Multi-Academy Trust and currently comprises of 3 primary academies. 

The Trust was established with the very simple but powerful aim of providing high quality teaching and learning, enabling all pupils to reach their full potential and to be ready for their journey to secondary school. The Trust is seeking to appoint someone with exceptional leadership skills to lead in one of our academies and deliver successful outcomes for their children.

PACT is progressive, forward thinking and committed to continuing its strategy of providing support to raise standards in Academies and Primary schools. This is an exciting time to be part of that vision and work as a strategic leader for the Trust in driving forward that ambition. It will be a demanding role but one that offers huge potential and rewards. 

The successful applicant will have impressive levels of commitment, drive and resilience to steer the Academy through the changing educational landscape, building on the high standards and strong collaborative ethos for which it is known.
