Dwight School London is seeking an energetic, ambitious and creative professional who can drive the Admissions department forwards for the future. The successful candidate will share our vision for the school and bring a detailed understanding of the independent school sector, as well as an understanding of how to manage an admissions/student recruitment pipeline. This is an exciting time to join Dwight School, as we implement our bold vision for the future through our Strategic Development Plan. 


Dwight School London is an independent International Baccalaureate World School in North London offering the Primary Years, Middle Years and Diploma programmes. We operate from 4 premises in Friern Barnet and Woodside Park, including a Nursery, Junior School, Senior School and our school playing fields. The Dwight School community has a rich diversity of cultures, nationalities and experiences, with over 50 nationalities represented and over 40 languages spoken. We are a collaborative and supportive community with high aspirations for our students, and high expectations of our staff.

  • you have some experience of how independent school admissions procedures work
  • you have a good awareness of the independent school sector, including international schools
  • show strong management and leadership skills, including an ability to make data-driven decisions
  • demonstrate a track record of success within an Admissions role or a comparable role
  • show sensitivity and understanding of the concerns of international families
  • Embody collaboration, with an enthusiasm for working alongside colleagues
  • Have a growth mindset and value innovation as a route to improvement and growth
