We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven individual with a strong background in leading Apprenticeship provisions to take forward this growing and important area of our Skills Division.


Supporting the Managing Director, this is a new, key role where the successful candidate will demonstrate a track record of success, innovation and growth in the development of Apprenticeship delivery.


You will form part of the leadership team managing growth, delivery and compliance of Apprenticeships across the organisation and ensuring that our apprentices receive an outstanding experience whilst studying with us. Working collaboratively across college curriculum areas, the direct delivery team and employer engagement team you will be supporting the development of new employer led apprenticeships across a range of sectors as well as building upon the strength of existing provision.


This is a great opportunity to really make a difference at the leading FE provider in the West Midlands.


To be considered for this role you will have significant, previous experience of growing apprenticeship provision and have delivered sound and sustained improvement in the employer and apprentice experience.

 It has two state of the art campuses in West Bromwich accessible through excellent transport links and, following a successful merger with Cadbury Sixth Form College, has an exciting presence in Birmingham.  

The majority of the College’s full-time students are aged 16-18, studying courses designed to give them skills for the modern workplace in a learning environment fully equipped with a specialist automotive centre, beauty and hairdressing salons, computer suites, construction workshops, engineering and science laboratories, fashion and photography studios, a sports hall and a 170-seater theatre.
