Harrow School Shanghai is a high-performing and market-leading international British curriculum school located in one of the most exciting cities in the world. It is the fourth school in the prestigious Harrow family of highly renowned schools in the Asia region, providing an independent education from Early Years to Upper Sixth within a high specification, modern and purpose-built campus.
The School combines the enduring core elements of the educational philosophy, practice and traditions of Harrow School in London, alongside the very modern international mindedness of a diverse and ambitious pupil body.
Having opened in September 2016, the School’s roll is growing annually throughout its Pre-prep, Prep and Senior Schools. The pupils, who are simply a delight to teach, go on to study IGCSEs and A Levels, and the very first Upper Sixth leavers will be entering the most competitive universities across the globe in 2019. Harrow Shanghai is, however, about much more than academic results and our pupils excel in music, drama, sport and the arts as well as involving themselves in service to the local community.
The School, which prizes the development of the creative arts, is seeking a dynamic, committed and inspiring Head of Art and Design, to commence in post in August 2019. The department enjoys superb facilities and increasing popularity.
