Full-time: Monday to Friday
St Nicholas Preparatory School welcomes applications for a full-time Head of Art and DT to provide high quality specialist teaching, management and leadership of the Art Curriculum and DT throughout the school. The post holder will also teach other subjects and may have a pastoral role.
Applicants must hold a degree in Art or other related field, have a relevant teaching qualification and relevant previous experience. Applicants need to demonstrate an ability to inspire children to love art and creativity, to be ambitious and experimental and to develop a life-long appreciation of art created by others. Applicants must also have experience of working with children in all Key Stages in a variety of media.
