Job overview
The school seeks to appoint a talented and inspiring artist and educator to lead the art department from January 2021. Applications are encouraged from teachers of any specialism, although the department has a strong fine art bias. The post is part time, but applicants looking for a full-time position would be considered.
The successful candidate will have the experience and skills to lead the GCSE and A Level courses, including the marking and moderation of coursework in the senior three years (Y11 to 13). An ability and desire to contribute to the many extra-curricular elements of art and the broader enrichment offer at Exeter School would also be desirable.
