Working with the Senior Leadership Team, the Head of Art will oversee the development of the subject, leading and managing staff, the effective, safe and efficient deployment of resources and securing and sustaining high-quality teaching and learning in the subject. You will organise the teaching of Art in an interesting, stimulating way throughout the senior school to GCSE. As a member of a dedicated staff, you will be involved in the wider aspects of life in this busy school and contribute to the extra-curricular provision.
