Woodbridge High School is a successful school situated in the heart of Woodford Green, North East London. It is fully comprehensive and with an ethnically and socially diverse intake. We are seeking to appoint a Head of Behaviour Support to lead, coordinate, deploy and quality assure the school’s behaviour support team and support the school’s behaviour strategy as part of the wider pastoral team. The postholder will act as the single point of contact between the Behaviour Support Team and other pastoral stakeholders (Leadership Group, Year Coordinators, teachers, external agencies where appropriate, etc)

Woodbridge High School is a thriving, ethnically diverse, successful comprehensive secondary school that serves its local community in the heart of Woodford. The school is a ten form entry school with 300 students in each year group.
The sixth form of 400 students continues to prosper with the majority of our students staying on after year 11. The teaching staff are all specialists in their separate areas and permanently contracted to the school. Year on year the school attracts a high number of first-choice applications for year 7 entry, with a record number of first choice places allocated this year. The school has a diverse curriculum that meets the needs of all the students and provides them with a pathway towards their chosen careers.
