The successful candidate will have:

  • An excellent subject knowledge and have proven themselves an ‘outstanding’ classroom practitioner.
  • A strong track record of improving outcomes for students and raising standards.
  • The ability to motivate and lead others.
  • A demonstrable ability to lead and develop innovative ideas that will drive progress in the department and ensure engagement of students.
