Values and vision

Kurpfalz Internat wants all students to thrive during their time in education and offers small learning groups with dedicated teachers in a family-run community, allowing for all pupils to receive the care and attention needed for them to achieve to the highest of their capability. The secondary school teaches students to be effective problem solvers and independent learners, and works to boost their self-confidence with positive feedback and praise. The school's aim is to recognise and encourage the talents and strengths of the children, rather than dwelling on their weaknesses. Parents are encouraged to play an active and present role in their children’s learning and are invited to get in touch with the school’s Parent Consultant to discuss their progress and development throughout the year. Students have the chance to pursue their interests and develop their unique skills and talents through a wide range of extra-curricular activities. These include sports clubs such as table tennis, dancing and ice skating. Pupils also have the chance to go on study trips and after school excursions, ranging from museum visits to going to a concert.
