We are currently seeking a Head of Business to secure high quality teaching and learning, effective use of resources, improving standards of achievement for all groups of students, and the promotion of students’ personal development and well-being. The Head of Business must provide leadership and direction for the department and ensure that it is managed and organised to meet school and team aims and objectives. The Head of Business plays a key role in supporting, guiding and motivating teachers of the subject.
