Our new build Barony Campus offers a unique opportunity for an experienced and successful Head Teacher to develop and lead the most innovative educational facility in Scotland. East Ayrshire Council want to recruit an individual with a proven track record of initiating and leading effective change which has supported sustained improvement in all aspects of school life.
The new campus, scheduled to open in August 2020, will be a £68m state of the art, inclusive learning environment, from early years to senior phase. The Campus will consist of an Early Childhood Centre, Primary School, Supported Learning Centre, Special School and Secondary School and will include a wide range of community facilities.
As a prospective Head of Campus, you will already be committed to collaboration, effective partnership working, implementation of innovative learning pathways and the provision of the highest quality education. You will have high aspirations for the continued professional learning of staff and for active engagement with all stakeholders. Applications are invited from experienced Head Teachers from primary and/or secondary sectors for this position.
