The Head of Campus position at Pun Hlaing presents an outstanding opportunity to secure a senior leadership position within the Dulwich College International family of schools. The successful candidate will provide leadership for the whole campus, which will eventually cater for the Toddler to Year 11 age groups. Overall leadership for the College is held by the Headmaster who is based at the Star City site, which is set to provide classes for the entire 2-18 year age range.

The candidate should:-

- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish good working relationships

As the majority of the current students are primary-aged, and we have a cross-campus Head of Senior School, we particularly welcome applicants who have a Primary-based background. The post will be equally suited to current Heads or aspirational deputies/middle leaders searching for their first senior post. The post-holder will lead the Campus Leadership team at Pun Hlaing and be a member of the College Leadership Team.
All applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education, or a first degree plus a post-graduate qualification in education (i.e. PGCE). They should have leadership experience of a Primary or Senior School, either in the U.K. or overseas.
